How long will it take to get my order?
Our made-to-order furniture typically takes 6-12 weeks to complete. We pride ourselves on great customer communication and will provide progress updates as your piece comes together.
If you have a tight timeline, there is the potential to expedite the process for a rush fee. Get in touch so we can figure out if that's an option.

Can I come visit?
Studio visits are by appointment only. If you're interested in coming by the shop, please get in touch to get the ball rolling.
Do you offer wholesale?
Kilomade Studios does not offer any wholesale pricing.
Do you work with design professionals?
Absolutely. Interior designers, architects, anyone else in ‘the trades’: you’re our people. We love partnering with pros who value quality furnishings and understand the value of craft.
What are your lead times?
Typical production time for our existing designs is 6-10 weeks.
Rush jobs can occasionally be accommodated, but we can’t guarantee we’ll have the capacity and there’s a premium associated with an expedited schedule. Get in touch to see what’s feasible.
Custom work takes considerably longer, especially if the scope of work includes design
Do you ship?
You bet. We can crate and ship anywhere in the US. International freight is handled on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch so we can figure out the best option.
Local orders can be picked up at our shop in Alameda, or delivered within the SF Bay Area.
